Smoking related illnesses account for 120,000 deaths a year in the UK alone and approximately 70% of smokers say they would like to quit. So, why don't they? They don't because they think they can't. They feel hopelessly addicted to nicotine; they feel they are surrounded by air pollutants so why bother; they think they are going to die anyway so they might as well die from this.
Some even say they enjoy it. I remember saying it myself!
However, it is possible to give up and give it up for good.
As well as being a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am also a Smoking Cessation Therapist. Together, we can help you quit and give you a healthier, wealthier, smoke-free future.
